Lee has over 26 years of experience working on issues related to clean water, specifically water quality modeling, TMDL development, NPDES permitting and general water quality standards implementation. Prior to joining the Chesapeake Bay Program, Lee worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection as a Water Quality Program Manager in the Southcentral Regional Office and as Director for the Bureau of Clean Water. Through scientific analysis, Lee’s team works to assist and support the Chesapeake Bay Partnership to help them achieve their shared goals and objectives. www.chesapeakebay.net
